Product Overview: 

The CRF450X Tune Series offers an extensive range of calibrations designed for the factory ECU, customized to fit different hardware arrangements. No matter the configuration, riders can expect significant enhancements in power performance and overall rideability.

This tuning series is optimized for 91 octane (R+M)/2 (95 RON) fuel and supports typical airbox modifications and common aftermarket air filters. The series is segmented into three distinct tunes based on exhaust hardware configurations:

• Stock Improved: Compatible with the stock exhaust system, with support for modifications to the existing setup.
• Stage 0.5: Requires a slip-on exhaust system, such as the Graves or FMF PowerCore4/Q4 silencers.
• Stage 1.0: Designed for a full exhaust system, such as the Yoshimura RS4, FMF Megabomb with Q4/PC4, or Graves.

Both primary and secondary fuel maps have been meticulously revised and calibrated to ensure continued operation in the event of critical system sensor failures. For instance, if the TPS sensor fails, the bike will maintain operational integrity without significant degradation in performance.

550Performance LLC provides free tune updates for existing CRF450X tune customers. If you initially purchase the Stock Improved tune and later upgrade to a full exhaust system, we will update your ECU at no additional cost—customers are only responsible for shipping and handling fees.

• Startup/Post-Start Fuel Mapping: Redefined for improved startup behavior
• Tip-In Accelerator Pump Fueling: Adjusted for responsive throttle input
• Deceleration Fuel Cut: Eliminated to reduce on/off throttle sensitivity
