ETK VCI (Vehicle Controller Interface) is the hardware that connects a supported vehicle's ECU to 550Performance's ECU Tool Kit (ETK) Windows application.
What is ECU Tool Kit?
ETK is the Windows desktop application used with the VCI for supported vehicle identification and diagnostics. Depending on the vehicle, it can show vehicle and ECU details, read and clear fault codes, and generate a PDF service report. With the appropriate vehicle-specific tune license, ETK can also program a compatible ECU.
Diagnostic access in ECU Tool Kit for supported vehicles
An ECU tune or flash license is not included. This standalone VCI is intended for diagnostic use until a compatible tune license is purchased separately.
Adding a tune license
If you want a VCI and tune together, choose ETK VCI + tune license on the appropriate vehicle tuning product page. If you already own an ETK VCI, choose the remote tune license option on that vehicle's tuning page and enter the adapter ID shown in ECU Tool Kit under About → License.
Windows PC required: ECU Tool Kit requires a 64-bit Windows 10 or newer computer. macOS and Linux are not supported. Review the full system requirements before purchasing.
